Level 3 - River progression

The fast track to independence! For two days, intensive training and river descents will be handled by our level III expert instructors. Through advanced theoretical workshops and practical exercises during the Eskimo roll classes, you will progressively enhance your self confidence in rapids of intensifying difficulty levels. In addition, extensive workshops in white water will allow you to improve your abilities by doing increasing difficulty routes in the same rapid.

By the end of this course, you will have acquired all the complementary techniques essential to navigating in white water: Eskimo roll, braces, draws, and swimmer rescue. As a bonus, you will experiment the elation of the first surf on a wave or in a roll.

This course includes:

Equipment (kayak, skirt, paddle, helmet and life jacket)
5 hours lessons
A certified instructor.
Shuttle to and from the river, if necessary
6 student limit per instructor
4 meals included new!
2 nights of camping new!
Complete wet-suit new!
