Description :
This course's goal is to develop sound fundamental rescue techniques in a river environment as well as an understanding of the underlying principles of safety and rescue. The training focuses on the decision making process which will allow candidates to appraise various aquatic emergency situations. Emphasis is placed on the leadership skills required for the candidate to lead a swift-water rescue.
